1. How did you hear about the Academy?

I heard about the academy through my grandpa. He is also a volunteer here and asked if I wanted to come out about 3 years ago and I'm still here today!

2. When did you start volunteering with the Academy?

I started volunteering in July of 2023.

3. What’s your favorite thing about the Academy?

My favorite thing about the academy is that it lets people who are passionate about aviation and flying learn about how things work with first hand real world experience. I also love that you get to fly the planes you work on.

4. Can you walk us through your aviation adventures so far?

I started flying in 2023 but wasn’t serious about it till early 2024. I have been flying consistently since then and passed my PPL check ride on August first, a week after my 17th birthday! I also recently got my tailwheel endorsement!
