New Hangars and New Pictures
Last Saturday was huge! We had over 20 people show up! We are so touched at how many people have shown up for us since we started. It’s exciting being able to share our love for aviation and our love for our community. To see how much we’ve grown since we started, and even since last year, has been truly incredible. Johnson took some fantastic pictures of everybody for our website. Please take a look at them when you have a chance.
Saturday was also a big day for us because we got a new hangar! We spent the day cleaning and polishing it up and then we washed all our planes before moving them in. It looks so nice we could spend all our time there. Oh wait, we already do!
Regarding work on the airplanes we cleaned the Stearman fairings, replaced the nav lights, and rebuilt the tail gear. Additionally, we prepped the L-5 cylinders for painting.
