Snowy Adventures
When you think of Southern California you probably don’t think of snow. It’s pretty rare for us. So when we saw snow on the hills of Silverado Canyon, we jumped at the opportunity to get a closer look.
Pat, Jenae, Michael, and Nicola went to lunch on Sunday and definitely took the scenic route there and back. We flew through and around Silverado on the way down, admiring the snow on the trees and looking at the few people who braved a hike in the snow. We ate lunch at French Valley and then flew on the east side of Silverado on the way back, working on our formation flying and our aerial photography. We made a detour to Lake Matthews before heading into Chino to look at the poppies blooming and to find any cool trees.
This was one of the most memorable flights we’ve done yet! It was incredibly beautiful and we’re so thankful we get to do things like this. We just want to share this opportunity with others. If this sounds like something you’d like please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime.
